Student Portal (SIS)
The Student Portal is the official Student Information System used by Al-Qadisiyah University and all Iraqi universities. It is centrally managed by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

What You Can Do in the Portal
- 📊 View your semester and final grades
- 📅 See your weekly timetable
- 📝 Check exam results
- 📈 Track your cumulative academic record (GPA, credit hours)
- 💳 View tuition fees and payment receipts
- 📋 Submit re-examination and study-postponement requests
- 🎓 Apply for graduation forms and ratification
First-Time Login
- Go to sis.mohesr.gov.iq
- Use your university ID number as the username (provided by your department)
- Default password: your university ID + year of birth (you will be prompted to change it on first login)
- Update your personal information and password
Forgot Your Password?
Use the “Forgot password” link inside the portal. If you do not receive a verification email, contact your college’s Registration Office.

Important Notes
- The portal is centrally hosted by the Ministry, so you will see ministry branding rather than only QU branding — this is expected
- Availability may be affected during peak times (registration, results announcements) — try again later
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone
